Subject_ Requesting to return school fees

Myself Hariom studying in class 11th section A.I am finding problem School management such as rules and regulations seems quite against for me .
The another problem is the means of transport is motorbike which creates problem for school and for RTO officers
so therefore I kindly request you to return my school fees so that I can take a new admission in other school
